DELIVERY POLICY
Delivery service is available throughout all of Manhattan, Monday through Saturday. Floral arrangements are always delivered on time. Same day delivery orders must be placed before 1:00 PM EST. Orders received after 1:00 PM will be delivered the following day. We do our best to accommodate delivery at a specific time, but cannot guarantee it. Designer gift basket orders should be placed no less than 48 hours before your requested delivery date. We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on Sundays will be delivered on Mondays. A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order. For deliveries outside of the Manhattan area, the fee may vary depending on destination.
Flower and Plant Substitutions: Availability of plants and flowers varies depending on season, geographic location and growing conditions. We will make every attempt to match the ordered item. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made.
